Newmarket Films was an American film production and distribution company and a subsidiary of Newmarket Capital Group. It was founded in 1994 by Chris Ball and Will Tyre, with the company’s executive team made up of Chris Calhoon, Rene Cogan, John Crye and Robert Fyvolent. Newmarket Films was acquired by Exclusive Media Group in 2009.
